Video editing on a smartphone has become second nature on Android(s goog) and iOS(s aapl) handsets. And if Microsoft has anything to say about it, it will on Windows Phone too: The company introduced Video Tuner for its operating system on Wednesday.
The new app, which can be found for free in the Windows app store, works with Windows Phone 8.1 and adds a number of editing features for video captured on a handset: You can apply filters, add music, trim, crop, rotate, mirror flip and change speeds of your video, for example. Exposure, contrast, color saturation and volume can also be adjusted in Video Tuner.
